Hotel Policy

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY:

Check-in time is 15:30hrs

  • Early check-ins are subject to availability.
  • To guarantee that your room is available for early arrival, you are advised to reserve it one night along with advance payment.
  • Early check-ins; payment on arrival is applicable.
  • Between 04:00 – 07:00hrs will be charged at 75% of the applicable room rate.
  • Between 07:00-10:00hrs will be charged at 50% of the applicable room rate.
  • Between 10:00-12:00hrs will be charged at 25% of the applicable room rate.

Check-out time is 12:00hrs.

  • In case of an early departure for a confirmed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to apply a one-night charge as cancellation fee.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees are applicable.
  • Check-outs 13:00-16:00hrs will be charged at 25% of the applicable room rate.
  • Between 16:00-19:00hrs will be charged at 50% of the applicable room rate.
  • Any departures post 19:00hrs will be charged for the full night.


MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The number of persons allowed in the category of room booked is restricted to the number as per the current published tariff. Additional charges are applicable for adults and children which is not included in the package you have booked for. Please inquire at the reception about the applicable charges.



DAMAGING ROOMS:

Damage to hotel property including but not limited to furniture, linen, horticulture, etc. due to negligence and carelessness will be charged to the guest. Kindly exercise caution.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Day use charges will apply to all guests who would like to use the facilities after check-out. Facilities can be used for 120 minutes only except on all Saturdays, Public Holidays, and holidays announced by the government.
  • Barbecue facilities are available at the hotel premises and will be allowed at the beach side area only. We provide a complimentary BBQ grill. The charcoal & fuel is chargeable @ AED 40 + 15% TAXES per load. Barbecue will not be permitted on Oktoberfest & New Year’s Eve (31/12/2024).
  • As per hotel policy, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available at our restaurants. Beverages which are purchased from outside are not permitted in public spaces and are for consumption inside the room only.
  • The hotel being HACCP certified and for safety reasons does not encourage consumption of food brought in from outside the hotel.
  • Personal Shisha is prohibited at the hotel premises, shisha smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
  • During the holy month of Ramadan, our bars and retail shop will be closed and will not be serving alcoholic drinks. During this time, alcohol will only be served to room guests via Room Service (In-room dining).
  • All amenities inside the rooms should be used only inside the rooms, any amenities missing upon check-out will be charged.
  • Pool Towels Cards are available at the reception and will be provided upon check-in. Please present this towel card to the pool attendant in exchange for one towel. Return the used towels back to the pool attendant to retrieve your towel card. At check-out, please return towel cards to reception to avoid a charge of AED 100 per card.
  • Guest without appropriate swimwear will not be allowed in the pool.
  • All children using the swimming pools & lagoon beach must be accompanied by a parent or an authorised guardian.
  • Private parties are prohibited inside the room. The banquet Hall is available for parties on a chargeable basis.
  • Religious gatherings are prohibited inside the hotel premises.
  • Guests are prohibited to bring & play their own music systems/instruments or speakers inside the hotel premises.
  • Private boats, kayaks & jet skis are prohibited on the hotel premises. Water sports activities are available on a chargeable basis.
  • Liability Clause: The management does not take any liability for any personal valuables left in the room or for the guest vehicles parked in the premises. Guests are expected to take all the necessary precautions to prevent theft, damage, or loss of their valuables and personal belongings. Safety deposit lockers are available in all rooms.
  • All policies, terms & conditions as may be advised by the hotel will be applicable.
  • Rights of admission are reserved.


BOOKING CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY

  • All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.


REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


TERMS & CONDITIONS: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.


DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

  • The Pearl Hotel & Spa UAQ website “www.pearlhotel.ae” will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
