PET POLICY
- Pet owners will be required to sign a pet declaration form, furnish pet registration and vaccination copies upon check-in, without which entry may be denied.
- The Pet(s) weighs 75 pounds or less.
- Only dogs & cats are allowed, and two pets are allowed per guest room.
- Pets are allowed only in the Budget Studio/Deluxe Studio/Deluxe Suite Chalet room category.
- Pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date, and he or she is free of fleas or ticks.
- Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
- Pet is not aggressive and is well-socialized with other animals and guests.
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
- Pets will be with the owner and under owner care at all times as they are not to be left unattended on property.
- A ‘Pets Inside’ door hanger will hang on the room door at all times while the pet is inside. The Housekeeping staff will not enter the room with an unattended pet inside. The pet must be restrained or removed from the guest room while hotel staff is present and working in the room. The pet owner will assume responsibility for notifying the Front Desk if there are special times for servicing the room.
- The pet will be on a leash with a maximum range of four feet or in a carrier at all times when outside of the room. Pets must only be walked in the designated pet areas of the hotel grounds.
- A non-refundable pet charge of AED 100 + Taxes (VAT/City Tax/Service Charge) will be charged upon check-in for post-departure room cleaning. The pet owner understands that this fee does not include any additional costs which may result from damage or the need for excessive cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting, or furniture.
- The pet owner should be aware that an additional charge will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. The pet owner agrees that the condition of the room is based on the sole judgment of management upon departure.
- The pet owner is liable for any disturbances the pet causes to guests staying at Pearl Hotel.
- A charge of up to AED 500/- may be applied for disturbances. On the second incident of a reported disturbance, Pearl Hotel may ask for the pet to be removed from the property. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest room.
- The pet is not permitted at any of Pearl Hotel’s food and beverage outlets, the swimming pool, the fitness centre, or the Spa.
- Pearl Hotel & Spa is not liable for any injury suffered by pets while on hotel premises.
- The pet owner agrees to accept full responsibility for any liability arising from their pet (pet damage or personal injury to hotel, hotel staff, guests, third parties, or property).
- A pet left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
- The guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
- Damages caused by the pet to the room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the pet owner’s sole responsibility. The pet owner understands that their account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. The guest room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
- Pets are not allowed to swim in the pools or at the beach.
